We will strive; with every family we serve, to create the most meaningful tribute for their loved one. We will support any appropriate requests to commemorate the life that was lived in the most memorable way for each of our families.
We will offer opportunities for family members and friends to begin the process of grieving in a safe and supportive environment. We acknowledge that we cannot make the pain go away, but through our efforts, we can help to make the journey of grief less overwhelming and perhaps, easier.
We will provide all funeral home employees with the appropriate training necessary to properly engage with and educate families and the community about Key Memories™.
