Condolence: My first job as a licensed embalmer was at Greenwood Memorial Park and Mortuary, in San Diego, in 1976. Name: Jim Price

Condolence: Dear Jean and family, I had the pleasure of meeting Paul very early in my funeral service career, 35 years ago. Everyone is aware that he was a extremely bright, charming and charismatic man, but the thing that I remember the most...and treasure, was that he always had a strong desire to build companies that had a true balance between achieving share holder value while appreciating the importance of equal focus on employees and the families his companies served! I'll always remember Paul as a real gentleman, a pioneer, mentor and friend of funeral service. Sincerely, Jim Price

Name: Doug Miller

Name: Les Grummons

Condolence: Dear Jean and Family: I can remember when I first met Paul at your home in California during my visit to the HFSC Headquarters. Playing golf with Paul and Don was the highlight of the trip, as well as the one to follow the next year. He loved the game, and made eveyone feel easy while he proceeded to beat us. The social time following was great as we reminisced about people and incidents of the past. It was like I knew Paul all my life. He will be truly missed - A REAL GENTLEMAN! Les Grummons
